Synopsis

Pazhassiraja, a legendary warriorwho must be one of the first revolters to put up a fight againstthe British rule in India;thereby giving the first signs of revolt which later gathered momentum into freedomstruggle. This is also the story of Kuruchia tribes of Waynad district of Kerala,who were the strength, might andskill of Pazhassiraja's army.
The highlight - history id recreated. This accounts not just for the storyline but also for the trio which hasmade waves 18 years back are joininghands again. The famous trio M T Vasudevan Nair, Hariharan and Mamooty arejoining together to work the magic yet another time. Their last combination wason the set ofOru Vadakkan Veeragatha which was not only a box office hit but also anaward collector.
Mamooty plays the legendary Pazhassiraja and Kanihaa from Bollywood plays his wife. Manoj K Jayan plays Thalakkal Chandu,the lieutenant to the Kurichia army of Pazhassiraja. The saga of a valorous king will be a treat to the Malayalee viewers who are eagerly awaiting a good cinema. As the feast is yet to be served, we can only wait.
